The Kansas City jazz scene is truly legendary and much of this rich jazz heritage is reflected in the city's festivals.There are art festivals, barbecue cook-offs and a whole range of celebrations that keep the Kansas City calendar filled, ensuring there will be something going on whichever month you choose to visit in. - Mid-February sees the National Wildlife Art Show, showing some truly awe-inspiring designs.
